"Good shop overall, but shipping was a little slow"
I ordered from overseas and everything arrived fine in the end. The tracking was mostly updated, though there were a few slow days when it seemed stuck in customs. The box was a bit banged up, but the items inside were safe, so no real issue there. I’m careful about price, and this shop was still worth it compared to other options I found. I’d buy from them again, just wouldn’t expect super fast shipping.

"Pretty much what I expected from the packaging"
My order showed up fine, but the box was a little dented and the packing inside wasn’t exactly neat. i kind of expected the packaging to be just okay, and that’s pretty much what I got. The item itself was safe though, so I can’t be too upset about it.

"Refund went through, but it took a bit"
I had to return something, and the whole process was sorta slower than I expected. They did get back to my emails, just not always right away. The refund showed up after a few days, so it all worked out in the end. Not a bad experience, but it could’ve been a little smoother and clearer

I noticed the same items were cheaper somewhere else, so the prices here felt unfair. I brought it up because it seemed like a basic thing to ask about, but it felt kind of ignored. i left feeling a bit cheated...

I had to reach out to SM Global Shop about my order, and to be fair, their support team did respond. It just took a couple of days before I got a clear answer, which was a little frustrating. They were polite once they replied, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely expected quicker updates. Curious if other people had the same wait time or if mine was just a one-off. Overall, average.

I ended up having to pay extra import fees, which was a little annoying. Maybe I missed that somewhere when ordering, but it definitely caught me off guard.

"It’s Fine, I Guess"
I mean, it does what it’s supposed to do, so there’s that. For the price, I wasn’t exactly expecting luxury, and it definitely made sure not to exceed those expectations. Some parts look and feel a little cheap, but it still works okay. Not terrible, not impressive—just kind of there.

"Tracking was okay, honestly not perfect"
My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was a little confusing. It sat on the same update for a few days, then all of a sudden it said it was close to being delivered. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the updates were more accurate so I wasn’t checking so much. Overall, it was okay, just not super clear

"Usually Has Good Stock"
I ordered from smglobalshop.com because, they actually had the item in stock when a bunch of other sites didn’t. The stock info seemed accurate to me, and my order went through without any problems, so I don’t really have anything bad to say about that part.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because a few sizes and colors were already sold out, so I had to choose something else. Not a huge deal, and I wouldn’t call it a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, it was still a good experience and I’d check them again.

"Not totally sure it was genuine"
I ordered from smglobalshop.com and the delivery was actually fine, no real issue there. But when I opened the product, something just felt a little off. The packaging didn’t look quite right to me, and a few small details didn’t match what I’ve seen before.
Maybe it’s actually just a different batch or version, so I can’t say for sure. Still, for the price, I expected to feel more confident about it being authentic. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they had clearer proof that the items are genuine

"Reliable delivery, though a little slower than expected"
I ordered from SM Global Shop and overall had a good experience. The delivery arrived within the timeframe they gave me, and the tracking updated often enough that I wasn’t left wondering where the package was. Everything showed up in good condition too, which I appreciated. It did take a few days longer than I was personally hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d say they’re reliable, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Missing item was handled quickly"
One item was missing from my order, which worried me a bit at first because I wasn’t sure how it would be handled. I messaged them and they got back to me, reassured me it would be sorted, and sent the missing item out. It took a few days to arrive, but everything was fine in the end
